1. Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you visit the LLH website or use LLH Tutor, LLH Speak and related services. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented before use.
Details to complete: full legal name, trading name, legal form, registration number if applicable, registered or principal business address and contact email.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The final terms must state the minimum age for each product and how consent is handled where a user is under the relevant age of digital consent. You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure and tell LLH promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account unless the law says otherwise.
3. Services, learning content and AI
LLH provides language-learning information, AI-supported explanations and tools for communication between learners. Features and supported languages may change as the services develop.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular context. Check important information with a qualified human source. LLH content is not legal, medical, financial, safeguarding or other professional advice.
4. Acceptable use and community conduct
You must use LLH lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines. You must not harass others, exploit children, impersonate a person, evade safety controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the services, reverse engineer protected parts, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
Speak is for reciprocal language learning, not unsolicited dating, promotion or recruitment. Reports are handled under the Safety policy.
5. Your content and LLH materials
You keep ownership of content you submit. The final terms must define the limited licence LLH needs to host, process, display and transmit it only to operate, secure and improve the services. They must also explain deletion, backups, moderation evidence and what happens when an account closes.
LLH owns or licenses its website design, software, brand, original articles and learning materials. You may use them personally as the service permits. No ownership transfers to you.
6. Prices, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
No paid plan should be offered until the checkout and these terms state the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal, included limits, trial conversion, payment method, cancellation route and refund rules. Required pre-contract information and a durable copy of the contract must be provided.
Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights. Any cooling-off right, exception for immediately supplied digital content, renewal reminder or cancellation right must match the law in force and the exact purchase flow.
7. Availability, third parties and changes
LLH may maintain, update or discontinue features. Material changes affecting an active paid service should be communicated in advance where reasonably possible, and applicable cancellation or refund rights must be honoured. Third-party links and integrations have their own terms.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LLH and request account closure. LLH may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Serious risk may require immediate action. The final process must state notice, data access, appeal and any effect on prepaid services.
9. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes consumer rights. Final liability wording must be proportionate to the actual service, distinguish consumers from business users and receive legal review. LLH is not responsible for loss caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law, complaints and contact
The governing law, courts and any required dispute-resolution information must be confirmed against the operator’s location and the countries served. Consumers may also have mandatory rights where they live.
Questions or complaints can be sent through the contact page or to info@languagelearnershub.com.
